Pastor-Leader in Training is a 2-year training process through study of Baptist history; principles and practice; personal learning and development; development of practical ministry skills that lead to accreditation / ordination.

Explore encourages people to listen for God's call to ministry and introduces them to preparation for ministry.

Journey will form dynamic partnerships with Pastors to encourage and support their on-going education, skilling and refreshment.

SAFE offers workshops and skilling in mandated reporting and training for church leaders in making churches safe places for children and case management for churches through CACET.
